USA Customers new import tariff information

From 29 August 2025, the duty-free threshold of $800 will be removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on all packages arriving in the USA.
We pre-pay the customs import fees so your package will not require any further fee payments on arrival in the USA. Working with our delivery partner we have setup a prepaid account to pay the import tariffs and fees in advance when we despatch your order. 
When the package arrives in the USA, customs simply scan the item to confirm the fees are paid and pass it on to USPS for delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the inclusive price.
When comparing our prices with competitors ensure they are pre-paying the import fees or you will be billed by US Customs before they will release your parcel!

NOTE: We cannot ship to PO BOXES! Our carrier will not ship duty paid to PO BOXES!

Europe  (3-10 working days)
Orders above £20 tracked priority shipping is £10.99
Orders below £20 tracked priority shipping is £13.99

USA & International  (5-10 working days)
Orders above £20 tracked priority shipping is £12.99 (includes customs fees)
Orders below £20 tracked priority shipping is £15.99 (includes customs fees)

Please note we have to charge a higher shipping fee for small low value international orders under £20.  This is to cover the actual postage and packing costs, customs and currency exchange fees which are higher than what we charge.

Tracking information

Orders are shipped Tracked, on occasion tracking may not always be updated at each stage of the journey so please be patient and allow up to 30 days for international delivery however most orders are delivered much sooner.
